You may be asked to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to do so. You may be asked to provide personal information, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, and other personal identifying information. You can also create an online account which allows you to store payment information to speed up future checkouts.
Parisian Moments collects and uses this information as part of our effort to keep you informed about product upgrades, special offers, other Parisian Moments products and services and general information that we think would be of interest to you. We will never sell or share your information with other companies. We do not have access to the payment information you store in your account.

Our overriding policy is that we want you to be thrilled and delighted with any item you order from us and we will do all we can to make sure that this occurs.
Items damaged on arrival
If any item is damaged on arrival, we will replace it at our expense including shipping. Please contact us and include photos of the damage. Please don't send it back before contacting us.
If you wish to return an item even though it is not damaged or defective when you receive it (because you have changed your mind or made a mistake in ordering, or find the item is not as you expected, etc.), contact us and arrange for a return. When we receive the item back in its original condition, we will refund the cost of the purchase minus shipping and minus a restocking fee of 20% of what you paid for the item.
Custom orders, digital downloads
We are always willing to accept custom orders for items not specifically listed in the shop. Also, we sometimes are willing to provide a digital download of an image (for example if someone in the UK wants a large canvas, we know that shipping and duties are prohibitive so we may be able to provide a digital version of the image for download and local printing). In this case it is understood that the file will be used for a single print or canvas and then deleted.
In the case of custom orders or digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds since the item cannot be restocked or resold. However, if you are unhappy with a custom order when you receive it, please contact us at once. We will do our best to help.
